DEFATTED SOYBEAN MEAL ENZYME ACTIVE (UNTOASTED) FOOD GRADE

Enzyme-Active (Untoasted) Soy Protein grits & flour processed from Indian Non-GMO yellow soybean; as a cost effective and high quality protein ingredient for food applications.

Untoasted Soy Protein is processed from dehulled defatted soybean using minimal heat treatment. The protein retains its original structure and high lipoxygenase activity.

The untoasted soy protein has high water absorption/retention, fat repulsion abilities. The characteristics make it suitable ingredient for dough conditioning in bakery applications & fortification of cereals. The untoasted soy protein can also be further heat treated through extrusion to make soya nuggets, texturized vegetable protein, and dal (pulse) analogue.
